Recent News & Events

A Special Thank you:  Thank you to all the House Captains, Ambassadors and homeowners who attended the trainings on February 21st and 28th in preparation for Spring Project Day!  Your commitment to the RTMC vision is greatly appreciated –with your help, 30 homes will receive repairs this spring!

In addition, a special thank you to Saint Mark Presbyterian Church for graciously hosting both RTMC trainings. Saint Mark Presbyterian Church has served as a house sponsor for many years, as well as a host for our trainings. We appreciate all they do to support our organization.

A Call to Action for April Project Day –As April Project Day nears, RTMC is still in need of skilled trades, donated lunches, tee-shirts, and materials. Please join the effort to help our neighbors in need.

Skilled Trades: If you are skilled in any of the trades and would like to donate your time to an RTMC project please contact Scot Weeks at sweeks@rebuildingtogethermc.org or Bill Kauffman at bkauffman@rebuildingtogethermc.org .

Donated Lunches: If you would like to volunteer on April Project Days, but do not want to partake in any painting or construction, we have a great opportunity for you! Several of our volunteer groups are in need of lunches for the 25th and 26th of April. If you would like to organize and sponsor a lunch for one of our volunteer groups please contact Kathy Thrower at kthrower@rebuildingtogethermc.org.

Donated Materials: RTMC seeks materials such as: paint rollers, extra tools, drop clothes, etc for April Project Day. If you have extra materials and would like to donate to RTMC, Please contact Scot Weeks at sweeks@rebuildingtogethermc.org.

Donated Tee-shirts: RTMC is looking for companies to donate tee-shirts for our volunteers! Each year RTMC provides tee-shirts with our logos to volunteers to show our appreciation for their help during Project Day. Help us provide tee-shirts this year!  The deadline to order tee –shirts is March 26th. Please contact Lee –Berkeley Shaw at lshaw@rebuildingtogethermc.org for more information.
