Tasks: The team from St. Francis of Assisi was tasked with the replacement of an unsteady and deteriorating porch with a newly constructed porch and accessibility ramp extending to the driveway. They replaced a tub with a shower unit and installed grab bars to address safety concerns in the bathroom. Volunteers replaced an aging and unsafe gas oven in the kitchen, and removed extensive debris from the yard. The team will return to replace four 50 year-old windows with energy efficient replacements in the coming weeks.
