By Mail: All donations are tax deductible as provided by law and go directly to Rebuilding Together Montgomery County to support our important work for vulnerable families. Checks can be mailed to the address above, made out to: Rebuilding Together Montgomery County.

  Homeowner Applications and Forms

Download Homeowner Application Individuals and families wishing to apply for assistant home repair services use this form.The form will need to be either mailed or faxed in.

 
 Volunteer Forms

Volunteer Form Individuals and small groups (Under 10 people) will complete this form to be placed on one of the many sites we will be completed on Project Day. Just click, print, complete the form, and mail or fax it back to us in order to be part of this very rewarding day.

Volunteer Waiver This form must be signed by each volunteer to participate in the program. Children as young as 14 are allowed to volunteer and work on Rebuilding Day. There is work for every skill level and those students who participate may be eligible to earn some of their community service hours.

Spring/Fall Rebuilding Day Registration For groups who wish to sponsor a home and reserve a workspace for their team of volunteers, we encourage to download this document and mail, fax, or email it back to the office. To learn more about our Spring/Fall Rebuilding Days, please click here.

Corporate Give-Back Days & Stand Alone Projects For groups interested in building a project apart from our scheduled Project Days, we encourage to to review this document to learn more about the options available to you and your group.
