 Donations

Donation Form . All donations are tax deductible as provided by law and go directly to Rebuilding Together Montgomery County. This form enables us to track all donations to the program and provide the donor with a letter for tax purposes.

Donate online: You can donate online at Helping.org . This web site provides a safe and secure way to donate to Rebuilding Together by using your credit card.

Online Purchases: Several online shopping venues give a portion of the proceeds to RTMC.

 Corporations, organizations, and congregations

Sponsorship Information. Each organization needs to complete this form to participate in the Project Day. Just click, print, complete the form, and mail or fax it back to us in order to be part of this very rewarding day.  For a further explanation of giving levels click here.

 Volunteer Forms

Volunteer Form. Individuals and small groups (Under 10 people) will complete this form to be placed on one of the many sites we will be completed on Project Day. Just click, print, complete the form, and mail or fax it back to us in order to be part of this very rewarding day.

Volunteer Waiver. This form must be signed by each volunteer to participate in the program. Children as young as 14 are allowed to volunteer and work on Rebuilding Day. There is work for every skill level and those students who participate may be eligible to earn some of their community service hours.

 

 Homeowner Application and Forms

Homeowner Application.  Individuals and families wishing to apply for assistance home repair services use this form.
