About Us
Rebuilding Together Montgomery County (RTMC), a member of the Rebuilding Together network, opened its doors in 1990 and, over the past 35 years has worked to provide free critical home repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, and accessibility modifications for Montgomery County’s most vulnerable residents – seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, families with children, and members of marginalized communities, all living in low-income households.
RTMC has helped more than 7,000+ families throughout Montgomery County and engaged more than 50,000 volunteers who have dedicated their time and talents to helping their neighbors. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers, community partners, local businesses, and staff, RTMC continues to provide services to hundreds of vulnerable homeowners every year.
