Rachel has a background in architecture, sustainability, and historic preservation. She joined RTMC through the Maryland Corps Service Year Option Program. She is passionate about building and sustaining communities and loves spending time in nature and finding critters. 

Chief Operating Officer

Mat is a Montgomery County local who enjoys working in and giving back to the community he grew up in. When not fixing homes, he appreciates finding new and amazing food throughout the DMV.

Bi-Lingual Client Intake Coordinator

Mike has a background in Computer Programming, Roofing Project Coordinator and Job Site Security. He is a firm believer in the RTMC mission of helping seniors and homeowners in general continue to live independently in their homes.

Lead Project Coordinator

Jonathan has a background in International Studies and is passionate about strengthening communities through relationship-building and expanding access to essential home repairs.

Chief Executice Officer

Chloe has been in the non-profit world for 30 years and is a licensed social worker in MD and DC. From creating budgets to hammering nails, she is driven by making meaningful change in the community. 

Office Manager

Christina has called Montgomery County home her entire life and has proudly served with RTMC for 18 years. Her strong connection to the community and years of experience bring both insight and dedication to her role.

Associate Director of Programs

Sonja brings over 30 years of experience in the human services . She holds a degree in Business and is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Life Coach.  She is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.
